[PaceTimer Tutorial] Set Up Your First Color Timing Template in 3 Steps

Downloaded PaceTimer but not sure where to start? Don't worry, it's designed for minimalism. Follow this guide to set it up in 30 seconds.

Step 1: Create New Project

1. Open the App, tap the "+" at the top right.
2. Enter title, e.g., "Annual Report".
3. Enter Total Duration, e.g., 10 Minutes.

Step 2: Set Color Nodes (The Visual Timeline)

Crucial step. The system suggests nodes, but you can customize:

• Green: Usually 00:00 (Start Green) or 05:00 (Halfway Green).
• Yellow: Set to 70%-80% of total. E.g., 07:00. This is your "Warning Zone."
• Red: Set to 90% of total. E.g., 09:00. This is your "Final Call."

Step 3: Fine-Tuning

Tap the "Gear" icon to:

• Enable Haptics: Phone vibrates on color change.
• Choose Bell: If you need sound (optional).
• Full Screen: Rotate phone to landscape for maximum visibility.
